Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy

Shaheen Styles strictly follows the below-mentioned terms and conditions for return and exchange:

We always aim to facilitate our valued customers for product exchanges purchased online, under the following terms and conditions:

  • Please do not accept parcels if they are damaged or if the seal is opened.
  • Customers can exchange articles one time only, within 14 days from the order date, and only within the same product category.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, with the price label attached, and accompanied by the invoice.
  • Items that have not been handled according to care instructions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Footwear size exchanges are available within 10 days of delivery for the same product only.
  • Exchanges or returns for different items or categories will not be entertained.
  • Cash refunds are not offered. In exceptional cases, a coupon of equal value will be issued to E-Store customers only. This coupon will be valid for 7 days and redeemable at shaheenstyles.com.
  • If a Shaheen Styles store is not available in your city, you can request an exchange by emailing us at support@shaheenstyles.com with your order ID.
  • In case of a damaged or missing product, please contact us immediately at +92 42 111 647 428 after receiving your parcel.
  • All returns will be inspected upon arrival at our Shaheen Styles Online Warehouse. If our quality control team finds that the item has been used, washed, mishandled, or is not in original condition, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.

⚠️ Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Section 2: Refund Policy

Shaheen Styles only offers refunds in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not support refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be credited to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks.
  • If the refund does not appear, please check with your bank, as posting delays may occur.
  • ⚠️ Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Section 3: Shipping Policy

  • All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 200-250
  • For returns and exchanges, customers should courier the product to the following address with the order number clearly mentioned on the parcel:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
  • Shaheen Styles will bear shipping costs only if the order delivered was damaged, incorrect, or incomplete. Otherwise, the customer will bear the courier cost for return or exchange.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

Shaheen Styles keeps a complete tracking record of all shipments from dispatch to delivery through reliable courier partners. However, delivery cannot be guaranteed in all cases.
